Much of our wall art focuses on the contrast between light and dark, and Broadmoor is one that embraces the darkness. Charred wood creates the base for this large rectangular piece, while V shapes in gradient wood tones extend from all angles and two large hammered brass strips add even more interest at its center. We see this one hanging over your favorite antique credenza or above a record cabinet.

1767’s rustic wall art is created from wood rescued from various homes prior to their demolition in Nashville, TN. Each piece tells the story of the materials used to create it, including the address where the home once stood and the year it was built.

*Please note that since only found materials are used, wood color/tones will vary from piece to piece and will not be exactly as pictured. Also, finished dimensions may vary within .25"-.5" since we are working with inconsistent rough sawn lumber.

I was blown away! This piece looks amazing above my mantle. Pictures do not do it justice! I am in love! I decided to hang it long way, it looks incredible.

Photos don’t do it justice

I’ve been following 1767 for years now and have wanted to invest in a big piece. This was the first time I ever spent a decent amount of money on art, and I couldn’t be happier. The Broadmoor has transformed our place and I know everyone who walks in will be drawn to the piece. Can’t wait to buy more!

Gorgeous statement piece

This piece is beautiful! It’s very large, but we picked it to be the focal point of our foyer and it’s perfect! 1767 did a great job keeping us updated on the project (things understandably were delayed due to COVID-19). I highly recommend!
